Meet the Team
Anne Grimes is the Owner and Broker of Stoneridge Realty and Property Management Services. She also is a Property Manager who has been certified with a California Residential Manager designation and a Property Manager Certification. In addition to holding a Real Estate License since 2004, Anne's background in Real estate includes working as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Property Manager prior to becoming the Owner and Broker of Stoneridge Realty in 2009, and is continuing this over 40 year old company's legacy of helping people buy, sell, or rent their property.
Anne holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos. Member of San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
